Course production
E-learning for what you need to be able to do at work
We produce courses for introduction, ways of working and skills development, for example. The starting point is what the participant needs to understand and be able to do. Your source material and subject-matter experts’ knowledge become content with a clear structure, relevant situations and exercises.
Delivery can include scripts, interactive modules, illustrations, film, narration and knowledge checks. We adapt the format to the platform where the course will be used and plan review and updates together with you.
From ways of working to a finished course
For Lantmännen Cerealia we developed tailored e-learning around one of the organisation’s main processes. The course is used internally to strengthen knowledge of selected ways of working, with ongoing further development as part of the engagement.

AI-supported image production
Illustrations that hold together throughout the course
When a course needs many images, the subjects should be able to vary without the visual language changing. We work in Graphics Studio, part of Care of Skills Create™, where styles, colour palettes and reference images are gathered in a workflow built for the producer’s and editor’s work with the course’s components and modules. Images are adjusted and varied from a defined base. When a new module is added, the visual language and recipes remain to build on.
How we create consistent AI images →Instead of searching for and choosing images from a stock library, AI can be given a prompt that summarises the text to be illustrated. Specific instructions can then also be given about which scenario the image should illustrate. A shared style holds the expression together, while each illustration is created for its specific purpose.

The examples are AI-generated in Graphics Studio, the image workshop in Care of Skills Create™. Both adjustments of existing images and new scenes based on reference images can give results other than intended. Even a limited change can affect more details than intended. Processing may therefore need to be split into several steps, with clear instructions about what should change and what should be kept. The whole image needs to be reviewed after each step.
Further development & stewardship
A clear plan for the course’s next steps
A larger course needs to be able to evolve even after launch. We gather course sections, improvement suggestions, bug reports and upcoming versions in a shared plan. That makes it clear what is underway, what needs prioritising and what is included in the next delivery.
With support from tools such as GitHub Projects we work step by step on development and follow-up — both in our own production and in client projects. A shared roadmap shows the direction over time, while clear tasks make the work manageable day to day.
