A clear trend is that video and motion are becoming an increasingly important part of creating engagement and variety in learning. We have made instructional film and interactive video for a long time, and build with technology at the absolute cutting edge.

Instructional film and interactive video
Two formats we have worked with for a long time. The film that shows how something actually works in a sequence. Or interactive video, where users choose a path and every choice can be followed up in the learning platform.

We build in the most modern tools
Final Cut or Premiere as the base. Descript when recording and text work need to go quickly. Remotion when the film is to be built as code. Motion and animation when something should be shown rather than explained.

AI where it helps, camera where it is required
AI in the technology, in motion and animation, and in the voice. We also have a portable studio for film and interviews on site or remotely. Then processing with generative tools for fast and polished production.
Video as code
One film. As many versions and languages as you want
Think of an introduction film that needs to exist in several languages, and that also needs to say different things to an employee and to a manager. Then a step in the routine changes, a figure becomes outdated or a wording needs to be rewritten. In traditional video production that means every version must be opened, adjusted and exported separately.
With video as code it works differently. Design, animation and structure are built as a reusable template, while texts, figures, languages, roles and brands sit separately. Change the information in one place, and automatically generate all the versions needed. It is also possible to show video in real time, where content is fetched dynamically from databases or APIs, for example.
Eight films, six languages and three roles? That is 144 versions. The same structure and design are reused, while the content is adapted for each version. The demo below runs the same principle in miniature: two languages and two roles instead of six and three.
In the demo it is not possible to download the different versions. In a real production they are easily exported as separate video files, or shown dynamically based on e.g. a logged-in user’s name, results achieved in a course or answers in a quiz.

One change, all films
A figure, a wording or a logo sits in the source, not in twenty timelines. You correct once. We re-render the versions that are affected. That is the difference from opening every project in Final Cut.

Same motion, new content
Intro, transitions and graphics are the template. Text, names, figures, product and language are the content. Departments, markets and brands can share the look and still get their own film, without starting over.

The film can show the right thing for the right person
Because the content is data, the film can say your name, show your figures or walk through your exact steps. It is not an anonymous voiceover over stock images, but the same film build filled with what is correct for the person watching.

In the course, not only as a file you email
The finished result can be an mp4, as usual. It can also run in the learning platform: a view that keeps pace when the task changes, instead of a file that is already outdated the day after publishing. And when the film lives there it can read what the platform already knows — who is logged in, how far they have come, what they answered on a quiz — and show the version that fits.
